My name is Crystal Thompson, back in 2000 a friend introduced me to a job in home care. Though I had had a little experience from helping my sister, who had been paralyzed from a car accident, I had no idea what was ahead of me and little did I know I was in it for the long haul. I worked in home care Learning about different ailments and personalities, until 2004, when I decide to work in skilled nursing facilities and then tested for my CNA. along the way I also achieved my certificate for working with Alzheimer / Dementia individuals. Now after 22 years Its time I stepped up. I find there's more and more people who are wanting to stay home for the remainder of there life, they are just not ready to leave home just because they are limited on what they can do .
